Cardboard Baler Operation Caution
♣Evaluation of typical size of items as well as the overall material stream to be baled should be completed before purchasing a cardboard press machine.
♣ The baler for cardboard should be sized appropriately so that significant preparation of the materials, such as bending cardboard, is not needed before putting the material into the baler.
♣ Extra space has to be allocated for not only removing the cardboard balers from the cardboard baler but also any service requirements that might be necessary.
♣ Evaluation of space available for the baler as well as location of the Loading Door Opening needs to be conducted.
♠Cardboard Baler Operating Procedure
Cardboard baler uses one or more metal plates and a hydraulic arm, pushing the plate down on cardboard with enormous pressure. Cardboard Baler compacts the cardboard into a large, dense rectangular or cube box which is typically held together by its own internal pressure. Then this bale is tied with metal wire to secure it together and placed on a pallet which allows it to be moved through the use of a forklift or pallet jack.
