Introduction:
DS-900 Automatic Car Tire Debeader is used to pull out the bead wires inside Tire's sidewalls comletely before cutting and sherdding proceses. It mainly consists of motor,hook,cross-hole plate,body frame,cylinder,hydraulic station,operation lever,directing wheel.
Srycting and Principle:
1 Hook,cross-hole plate are made of materials with special treament,ti is wear-proof,heavy-duty and having long service life.
2 The machine is installed with lifeing device,so the tiers can be loaded automatically for processing to increase treating speed and save labor force.
3 the lifting and wire drawing processes are controlled manually to ensure stable and accurate process.
